Here's a list of things You could get busted for. Some of it may seem ridiculous but You'll feel better knowing what is illegal and what is not.

No front license plate
Too low (front spoiler below bottom of rim)

4 fog lamps (exceeds maximum of 4 lights total)
VC 24403
Fog lamps to low
Clear corners (amber or clear reflector required at front corners of car)(also not D.O.T. approved)
VC 26708(a)
Window tint on foreward side windows

Window visor sticker on front windshield
Purple city lights
VC 25950(b)(4) & VC 24606(b)
Purple reverse lights
VC 27151
Exhaust exceeds allowable dB levels (I measured 112dB)
Single wiper mod leaves wiper as an obstruction of vision

Field SFC-VTEC could be considered a smog modification

Entire Gude/Bullfrog package not smog/CARB legal
Side marker not D.O.T. approved
Denji headlamps not D.O.T. approved
Bulbs for low beam projectors in Denji's are 85W (max legal=55W)

Gaseous discharge lamps (strobes) not allowed for use in non-emergency vehicles

I feel it's very important to understand what laws if any we are breaking. If you live in California and haven't already done so I suggest you go to your local DMV and pick up a copy of the Vehicle code. It only costs \.00. Or you can browse the CA DMV site
